Mads Hendeliowitz (born 14 January 1982) is a Danish-born Olympic dressage rider who has represented Sweden since 2009. Raised in a horse family, Mads was introduced to riding at an early age and began his formal training at a local riding school near his hometown of Hillerød. Under the guidance of Birthe Gudmundsson, his passion and talent quickly developed, leading him at 18 to move to Sweden to train and work at Strömsholm Riding School with Eva Karin Oscarsson.

Mads competed internationally for Denmark as a young rider before establishing himself in Sweden, where he co-founded Segersta Equestrian with Maria Westerberg in 2009 and later became a Swedish citizen. As a senior rider, he has represented Sweden in numerous Nations Cups, Nordic Championships, and international competitions.

One highlight of his career was competing at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, where he finished 29th individually and 5th with the Swedish team aboard Jimmie Choo. Today, Mads competes internationally at Grand Prix while developing several promising horses.

Highly regarded as one of Sweden’s most popular dressage trainers, Mads is known for his inspiring and educational clinics. He is an A-level trainer, has trained the Swedish mounted police for many years, and has earned multiple medals at Nordic and Swedish Championships. Mads continues his own development through regular training with Jonny Hilberath, Louise Nathhorst, and Eric Lette.
